The 2.5's were on sale at my dealership for $199. I think they are left overs from last year. If you get one, I highly reccomend you get the break for it. I just ordered mine for $79 including tax and shipping.

I made a mistake, I got the Warn 2000 not the 2.5. Luckily, the break for the 2000 and the 2.5 are the same part number.
I don't know if it's true on all winches, but on most Warn's it is. They won't hold a heavy load, they'll slowly spool out cable. You will only notice if you are lifting a heavy load or winching up a very steep grade. Once you stop the winch, it will start spooling back out. For $71 you can buy a break that replaces the gear in the winch. Although I used my winch quite a bit this weekend, I didn't get to test the break. I will have to put my bucket back on and see if it will hold a load of dirt.
Puting the break in was very easy. Anyone that can read and comprehend simple instructions would have no problem doing it yourself. We'll have to help you Honda guys out............Just kidding.

Like Kushman said, ebaY is the ticket! However, spend the extra money on the 3.0ci, it's a better setup. You can find those on ebaY for about $330 with roller fairlead & remote switch.
Just my .02
