Sounds like your filter and oil plug are doing their job. Put some fresh oil and a filter on it, run it for a day then change your oil again. If it's running ok and not smoking a lot you should be ok.

Sometimes you all really make my day, Ha Ha!

I presume you mean the oil plug has a magnetic core to catch filings and such. It isn't unusual for there to be a bit of such stuff to wipe off. That's what it's there for after all. Unless there is a great deal I wouldn't worry. I wiped some off my King quad's plug nine years ago and it hasn't been apart yet, at least the crankcase hasn't.

I just bought a stock 2000 Yamaha Wolverine 350cc (with a k&N filter) , got it home and decided to change the oil. When I took out the oil drain plug there were metal particle in the drain plug, and the oil filter had lots of dirt in a corner of it (almost looked like rust). The spark looks normal. Is my engine toast or is this normal?
