I posted this on Suzuki but no response, so maybe some luck here....
Anyone hit anything so hard it cracked bottom motor mount. This crack is on bottom, left side, rear, but doesn't go into main part of motor, just an inch or so from frame in but not into the "meat" of the motor where the two halves come together.
A metal expert friend of mine says he wouldn't worry about it. What do you guys think?

Have an 02 Vinson, no problems with motor mounts or frame yet. As far as what I think about your situation " get it fixed". Next time you hit something you'll be walking home. I search my machines trying to ward off problems cause my recreation time is very valuble. If you see a problem like what you described, " fix it". Sorry if thats not what you wanted to hear.
