I just mounted the 26x12x12 and 26x10x12 on the stock wheels for my Prairie 650 yesterday. Have not riden with them yet.BR>
The tread depth is just over 1" .

ChaosIn Mt--- You didn't happen to weigh those tires before mounting, did you? Just curious.

Chaos-- Thanx for looking, but I've found the the factory specs are NOT accurate.
My 26X12X12 Radial Outlaws weighed in at 34#EA., tire ONLY no wheel!

I would think the sales data would include lug depth.

Does anyone know the depth of the lug?? Are the tires taller than the 26" deeper than the others and if so what is the depth of the deeper and smaller lugged tires?

I'm thinking about putting a set on my 300 fourtrax, 25x8x11 in the front and 26x10x12 for the rear. any advise on how that would work would be appreciated. I kicked around the idea of 26x12x12 in the rear but I thought that might be a bit too much for it.

Easteregg,
Post your opinion after you've used your tires, those are the exact ones that I was looking at. Is the 12" wide in the back to big? I have a Honda 450S. How do they work in the snow( I think you have snow there)? I guy I rode with had a P650 as well, wow what a machine, love the sound of that V-twin...

EasterEgg,
Please post your experience with these tires. I have a 2003 Kodiak 450 I am considering putting these tires on. I am obviously interested in traction and as I am a just south of Buffalo, NY (Eden) am interested in snow and mud (hard to find this time of the year) performance as well as how they ride on hardpack (do the feel bumpy, harsh, smooth, ....) and what the handling feel of them is compared to your stock tires.
Good luck with them!

I have 26/10/12 and 26/12/12 on my 02 AC 400 and I love them. They arent so aggressive that you cant ride them on the hard pack trails and their mud capabilities are very good. And with minor power loss because of the oversize tire you really cant go wrong

I run them just not on a wolverine. I like them in the snow will have to wait untill spring to try the mud .

Ihave 25x8x12 25x10x12 on my grizz excellent trail tire snow up here in quebec have not tried them in mud but I have 26"mudbugs for the mud. From what I have seen the 26" and 27" tread looks more agressive.
