I'm looking at getting the ITP SPider tracks for the wifes Ozark. They are light and seem to do real well in most conditions.

I think that depending upon what 250 you have, you shouldn't go with a really agressive tire, as most 250's don't have a great deal of power. I have a 220 Bayou for the kids, and put 489's on this year. It has the power to pull them, and I am amazed where that little 2x4 will go.

There are a lot of aftermarket mufflers that will work with your quad, I know there are many for the 220. I bought the 220 for the boys, used, and it already had a Cobra exhaust on it, but it was REALLY loud. I took the quad hunting last year out west (before I got the 650) and I was concerned about the noise. I would have put a stock system back on it, but they were well over $200.00 and I didn't want to spend the money. My brother had a KTM muffler off of a 250 dirt bike, and so we took the burned out Cobra off, and bolted on the KTM. It is louder than stock, but quieter than the Cobra. For hunting this is better. As I said, I am amazed where this little 220 will go. I went with the 22x11x10 489's, which are just bigger than the stock 22x10x10's. They are really good tires, and with a 230 lb. buddy of mine on it during hunting season, the little thing went just about everywhere.
As a side light, I took both the 650 and the 220 out west this year, and we rode all over the 6000 acre ranch we lease. My buddy, the 230 pounder, rode the 220. I got my deer opening day around noon, as was able to drive the truck right to it, so I just rode the 650 back (to get the camera) and brought the truck out. My buddy shot a 4x4 mule deer on the north end, and he just loaded this deer (that he hadn't gutted yet) on the back rack, he had his rifle and heavy pack on the front rack, and then he drove back to the bunk house. What a load for the 220! It did fine, although he said when he was heading up the steep hills, it wanted to wheelie on him! I think I would have put the deer on the front rack (after I gutted it) and not had that problem. It sure was a sight to see to see him drive in with that load about 3:30 PM. Like I said, that little 220 is quite a machine.

i have 25-12-9 Dirt Devils on my old honda. they work real well in all conditions.
if you want more agressive, they make Dirt Devil XT's with a deeper tread.

I just put 23-10-10 dirt devil tires on my mojave. They are much improved over the stock tires I had plus give me a little more ground clearance. They work great in the mud, wet clay, hard pack and rocks. When it comes time to get another set I will buy them again

I one of the guys i ride with has a polaris trail boss i think (2 wheel drive 2 stroke) with the 489's on it. It seems like we have the same traction. I would have gotten them except they were $15 dollars more each at the dealer than the dirt d's. The dirt d's are also 6 ply but still have flexable side walls for rock traction. I got the dirt d's for $48 each plus tax.

I think the ITP (Titan) 589AT's from just looking at them. Excpetion would maybe be one of those AG kits with the 27" wheel/tire combos. I installed new Cheng Shin Chevron type on mine, its a good all round (no pun intended) tire IMHO.
