Don't worry. It won't cost much to rebuild it if the rings are gone.

I would drain all the oil. You might as well do a complete oil change again. It's better to be safe than sorry. If you are still burning oil after the change let me know, or if any one else wants to chime in.

ok so i did the the oil change got every drip out and put the proper amount in and its only burning a little bit now not nearly as much smoke but still a little bit

holy shit i realy *****ed it up lol he just said rebuild lol if thats the case i think im gunna turn it ofver to the guys who know what they are doing at the lacal honda shop cuz knowing me ill ***** it up more thanks alot guys
