Raptor has the same stock rwhp as the warrior +/- a fraction .. that's about 18HP .. add a pipe, filter, open the airbox and rejet you MIGHT be pulling 24-26 maybe .. that's rwhp

Are you talking about that full DG exhaust that costs about 150 bucks or less? Cause if you are that is a waste of money, sounds like sh!t and will not give you hardly any horsepower. You get what you pay for.
The best deal for a 300ex is the FMF Megamax, full system is only around 250 and it gives descent gains and a good sound when you pull the core out.

Oh I didn't see you already have a DG Well Im not sure what yours is I do see it has a end cap at least. The system DG sold a buddy of mine is junk, it doesn't even have a end cap adn you can see the inside welds How does yours sound?

If it's loud and has a rattely sound to it then it is probably what Im talkin about. The Mega Max with the core removed is a good deal and has a good sound to it. The FMF Powercore has a good throaty sound to it and has good gains, but it is a little more pricey tho.

I don't know what system it is it was on the bike when I bought it.There are pictures of it in my profile if you could have a look and tell me what it is that would be cool because I don't know what one it is. I just know it's a DG.

I find it too loud I would like a deeper tone to it. The end cap with the plates in it is actualy a supertrap end piece.

AMEN..Its all about USABLE HP..And i doubt you gain 10 HP on a Warrior wothout a cylinder bore.

wow. all you got is an exhaust and a k&n.. your only making 3-4 more peek hp, have you ever seen the Rappy dyno's? Exhausts dont add alot to the 350s, ide say your making 24hp MAX... did you really think you gained 10 HP? lmfao.

not on a raptor 350. 1st of, the stock headpipe is good, and a exhaust only adds 2-3 Peek HP, open airbox helps a bit too, but your only gaining about 4 Peek hp, but you will have a fatter powerband. no way your getting 30 to the wheels, think about it, thats only 6 less then the 660R!!

o, well expect about a 4-5 PEEK Hp increase. Remeber, its not about PEEK Hp, its about usable hp, with the mods you get a fatter powerband. im not sure how much stock HP the rappy makes at the flywheel.

Stock raptor 350 is 22, hmf says 21, they only gain about 1 peak HP with the sport series pipe, check the site for the dyno runs, but you gain alot more in the midrange, its probably like a 3-4 hp gain through the fat part of the powerband. Opened up and jetted properly i would say your maybe at 25 hp at the most. The headpipe you have did ABSOLUTELY nothing for you expect look pretty, so don't expect much more from your pipe then the HMF. Without tearing into the motor, cam, piston, etc. your not going to break 25.

a full pipe only gives 3 to 4 haha o man.... i thought it gave u like 6 at least plus the intake im runnin no lid with the pro design clamp on kit and so i would think it would be closer to 30

well i think the raptor 350 has one or 2 more stock horsepower but thats not that different but yea i know wgat your sayin

If you buy an exhaust, filter or jet kit, the hp numbers the box says you will gain are almost always bull sh*t! The guy that said you only have about 24hp max is prolly exactly right. And if you are getting 24hp at the crank your prolly getting 16-17 at the wheels. Run it on a dyno and i bet these numbers will be pretty accurate. IMO
