razy 450r, what are you trying to say?? we have Waynes National Forest and we aren't to far from the Hatfield and McCoy Trail System in West Virginia. I definately have not rode as must as I would like to but I feel blackballed has the right idea. We have to stick together and show the " Powers to Be " that as a group we can be responsible, also the state makes quite abit of money off the registrations that need to be purchased in order to ride on Federal land. Hatfield and McCoy is so well managed and so much money is spent by ATVers that I believe it is one of their states top tourist attractions. We probably would have the same oppurtunity at Wayne and other riding areas if we could keep the destructive idiots ( with their louder than legal limit machines ) from going off the marked trails and ruining it for the rest of us, I think the old saying " Money talks and BS walks " might apply here.

I'V seen and heard allot on here about tree huggers and enviros. in our aria places arent closing down just because of land damage or trespassing .ost of our ridding is done on privaet propperty and the owners ars selling to some land fill or colemine o logging company . n.e ohio is quikly getting poor and other states and companys are trying to take advantage. by telling the locole pepole that (it brings jobs) there never any thing that amount to any thing anyway maybe 10 or 12 bucks an hour , how many pepole have you seen raise kids make a house payment and car payment on that? this aria will be the new asshole of the world if big companys and states like new york get there way . so how do ya stop that?

i agree we do have wayne and we do have hatfield mccoy, if you feel like driving 3 to 6 hours at over three dollers a gallon for gas . and what do ya do if you only feel up to ridding for two or three hours or have to much to do to ride any longer than that? you brought up the destructive loud bikes topic too. i'm going to use wellsville for an example, they want to dump sludge from the bottom of the mississippi river into the pitts and vallys in wellsville . now allmost anybody knows the ohio river was at one point thought to be the dirtyest river in the world.now for thoughs of you that are not good at geography the ohio river feeds the mississippi, what do you think happend to the waist in the ohio ? i know it dident just go away. so its in one of three places(if not all three) still in the ohio under cedoment ,the mississippi, or the golf of mexico . my bet is all three. now can any body tell me how in gods name that sludge is less harmfull on the land than some rutts and mudd holes made by an atv. my 2ed point would be i run a curtis sparks full race exaust 75% of the time on my bike ,its veary loud! yet , have you ever been within two miles of a d-9 dozer or some huge cool bucket my pipe dosent hold a candle to the noise thoughs put out and you cant tell me there going to be back filling this place with wheelbarolls. in my mind none of this comes down to noise or destruction of land it comes down to the fact that the avridge american these days is missinformed and isent smart enuff to think on there own, this kind of american is crying about my bike and my fun and will allso cry about whatever comes allong next once they see theres no cash in it for themself, "sludge dump". in the true american spirit me not being able to ride my mud slinging noise maker is an infingment of my rights and yours dietmtdew
