in my honest opinion, florida is run by old people. that's where everyone from 49 other states always retires to. you'd be hard pressed to get anything done about it there. the reason i've been trying in mississippi is because the state inspection laws are a joke. in most states, if you have a license plate light out you get pulled over and ticketed. in mississippi, cars and trucks drive around with one light, broken windshields, exhause dragging the ground, and brakes that barely work. so the way i figured it, if those pieces of crap can ride the road, why cant a quad?

i have seen posts about missisippi and other surronding states ! nobody even touched florida! i would kill to ride my quad legally no matter what mods i would have to do to it! i mean if that guy on that 49cc moped can ride legally , why cant my 70+ predator do it? change a sprocket or two and you could do local speed limits without batting an eye! quads are bigger and faster than mopeds and scooters! they are twice as wide , more powerfull ,and you dont have to worry about laying them down!!!!! any information would help! you can even put signals on a dirt bike here and they are street legal ....why not a quad?????
