CT racing 240 big bore kit. It rocks! It comes with everything except a silencer, but they do sell them also. Get rid of the oil injector too and premix your oil. Some lower profile tires like razors, holeshots, turftamers will help keep that baby good in the coners. If you want to go cheaper get a silencer, pipe and some reeds. That will make it better.

a ct 240 longrod blaster puts ot 41 horsepower and will whoop a 400ex and 250r in a drag

spend money on handling before power.....no need have power when you can't control it get some +2" a-arms,+4 axle, and aftermarket shocks. later

sell it and save your money for a better quad.
like a HONDA 400ex or 250r.
after doing everthing you can to it
you can't get anymore than 25 horsepower out of a blaster that is still a couple less than a stock 400ex and a lot less than a hard to find stock trx250r.

i don't know where you got this from but i have seen a lot of modified blaster dynos and without the 240 kit nobody can get more than 25-26 horsepower out of them. with the kit you can only get a increase of 20% so if you do the math that is around 30 horsepower give or take a couple. from the stock 17 horse that is about 80% increase which is a lot for any engine. so 41 is way out of the question unless it is burning alcohol and nitrous oxide. if it is then i can belive you.
