Yes Motion Pro makes twist throtles for almost everything.

I have been riding motorcycles for years and I am about to purchase my first ATV. I'm having a hard time getting used to the thumb throttle--I keep wanting to twist the right grip. Why do ATVs have this type throttle? Can these be changed to a motorcycle type twist throttle?
