Homestead is real easy. I like it because I don't have much time and Homestead is quick, easy and cheap.

Can anybody recommend someone to design a web page for a reasonable price? I belong to club and we have our own computer controlled drag lights. I would like to setup a webpage to brag it up a little but I don't really have the time to learn html and whatever else it takes

Agree with the Homestead ideas. Homestead is not HTML based (although you can add HTML if you want). It is all Point and click. Very Easy. They have a 4 minute tour on there homepage. And best of all, Homestead does not have any annoying pop up advertising. Check them out a www.homestead.com

You may also wish to try either Netscape Composer or Microsoft Frontpage Express, both come with either browser and make html markup rather invisible. Do it yourself, save the money to put back into your club.
