Pens won last night 7-2 wooohooo and The 2005-06 NHL season will end with Mario Lemieux hoisting the Stanley Cup.
At least that's the outcome of a season simulation by the developers of the PC hockey management game, NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2005. The simulation sees Pittsburgh winning the Presidents' Trophy as the team with the best regular season record. The Penguins then cut a swath through the playoffs before sweeping the Dallas Stars in the final.
lets hope....GO PENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to be able to tell you about the Penguins, but quit watching hockey after my team, the Avs, lost Patrick Roy. However, I watch the NFL religiously and while they certainly are stacked, I don't know that they'll get past some of the other teams in both conferences, especially the Eagles, Colts, and Patriots.

You can't say anyone doesn't look good right now. It's only been one week as hammer said. I guarantee my Rams make it to the postseason and they managed to lose to the 49ers last Sundayhis will be a very competitive season.

If your Cards can't get it done against my Rams tomorrow, I think you may have to question this comeback season they were supposed to have after being slaughtered by New York last week, a team that should be less used to the heat than us. I know Kurt Warner's abilities firsthand though and he does scare me if he gets enough protection.

Though I have to stick with my statements about the Steelers not making it, I have to say I am impressed with their young running back, Willie Parker, right? It will be interesting to see how the situation unfolds with the other two premier backs.

dont get me started on the pens... i love them. with palffy, gonchar, lemieux, leclair, crosby, fleury ect. they are going to have a good run i think. also look out for my canadian teams ottawa and calgary. i dont mean to brag but i actually have a 1st cousin and neighbour who plays with the atlanta thrashers..last year he was leading scorer for their farm team, the chicago wolves during the lockout.

You think philly teams suck look at pittsburg for the exception for having a halfway decent football team they suck at sports and they have only been good at football for one year. Philly teams always make it to the playoffs or all the way, plus just because the peguins got two of our over paid, burnt out, and injury prone players doesnt make the penguins good

(we did have a nice win today tho)we'll see who the better team is come thanksgiving, hopefully it's a Pennsylvania superbowl tho (Steelers vs. Eagles) that'd be sweet. so talk to me then, and we'll see what goes down this season. and again, no hard feelings, just cross-town rivalry.may the best team win! yea the eagles had a nice win today to but it was against a team that sucks so it doesnt say much any way but when the time does come that the eagles play the steelers we will walk all over them it will be 49-3 eagles but until then later

Already questioning it to be honest. Was out bow hunting and didn't see where NY trounced the Cards last week, and now today the Yotes get pummled by Minnesota 7-0 in there second pre season game. The next week or so will tell for sure what is happening. Of course, we have the Diamondbacks, they're only like what, 40 games out or something...LOL.

OMG!!!! What the h3ll was I thinking and why didn't you all slap some sense into me then and save me some grief now. Cards SUCK!!!! AGAIN. Once again, they can't seem to get of out of their own way. Every year it's the same thing. All this preseason hype about how much talent they have, and then they fall flat on their face. Warner hurt now ta boot. Season over...
Went in on some season tickets to the Coyotes, so now I'm all about "LET'S GO YOTES!!!!"
