it says i'm not registered for e-mail discussions and i keep trying to leave and i have been off the e-mail disscussion notice things for a while, but i still get 300 e-mails a day from the daily spin zone, how do i get that off?!!!!!!

You dont want to join the zone anymore There are a couple ways of doing this. One is go to go to your profile and chose not checked. Another is go to the today button and notice in the upper left corner subscribtions. Go from there.
