How they have it set up it could be sold as street legal in some states but at $4988 its not cheap.

It has to be geared high to be able to go almost 60 mph and I wonder if the motor is a Honda 250 street bike motor clone.

This post reminds me of 1 of the ugliest 3 wheelers they ever made. It was the early 1980s Kawasaki KLT 200 (I believe that was the model #)........that thing was just simply FUGLY.....I would also nominate the early Polaris Scrambler 3 wheeler, as it was also ugly as sinimg src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

I called the store and got the name. Remember that this quad is very tall for a 250.

It's so tall (seat height) that I think it would tip over on the first corner. The specs say that it will do 90km/h. That's not too bad for a 250 4-stroke.

The seat height of a Recon is 30.6 inches and a Ozark is 30.9 inches. This quad has a seat height of 36 inches and a bar height of 47 inches. The seat height of a Polaris Sportsman 700 EFI is only 34 inches.

I haven't been in the store since then. I do want to get back there sometime because they have a lot of "different" stuff. Life size pirates, life size cowboys, approx. 4 feet high boxer dressed up as a butler. Things you don't see everywhere. Next time I go in I'll see if it's there.

I stopped in the store today and the quad is longgggg gone. I'd love to see the person that bought it. Now there's about 5 or 6 small scooters where it used to sit.

ok...I guess it was just temperary...My sight is now back...I think that if anyone does own one they should be shot!! that thing looks like a waste of money...I mean you can get a new trailblazer for what 3,300 I think?

LOL,,,haha...i just broke out the visa..........ya I'm tempted to just buy it so I can throw it off a cliff so noone else has to ever look at that thing!!!! Thats scary...........but hey, they dropped the price two grand.........was 6,800 hundred now its only 4,900 bucks!!! woohoo!!

i looked at it but i cheated i used a mirror that way the direct ugliness doesn't blind you .but i would use a catapault to launch it off a cliff into a ocean with cement tires on it !!!!!!!!!!!
