She will do a Minimum of 1 year in jail.Federal guidelines do not allow people to get off with anything less.She could do 6mo in jail and 6 mo halfway house.But she is definitely doing some time behind bars.One year minimum if your convicted of any federal crime.
The Federal guidelines were implemented to prevent people with $$$ from buying their way out of trouble.She could appeal ,but she would still have to begin serving her time while she waits and they'll probably get around to looking at it after a couple years.That b*tch got what she deserved.

The other guy was found guility on 4 out of 5 counts. He is the one who is going to get jailtime, she might get get some but it will be suspened and she will get off with just a fine. Anybody see that movie about her on tv, boy it showed that she was a mean SOB. I almost made the same mistake with Kmart too. AlaskaBoy.

i thought it was guilty on 4 of the 5 counts. and i dont know if it would be smart to invest in her stock. i once wanted to invest in kmart when it was 29cents a share. but i realized they issued new stock and the old stock isnt worth $hit.
