When I first read your thread I thought the link Barstools was going to be the name of the company not an actual barstool. LOLBR>
I have never seen one of those before and you better wear full helmet with face guard with no pot holes around. Very odd.

Check out these Barstools....This is going to be my next garage project........Except I will use a more OFF-ROAD type concept......BR>
Anyone else made one or know someone who has????

I am in the process of a little R&D on the off-road version....larger knobby tires and a lower center of gravity are an absolute....BR>
If I build it like a slick tired stool racer I think I would be hurtin' for certain. It will definately be unique.BR>
I do like the recliner 4x4 idea.....

The guys on Horsepower TV actually drag raced them in an 1/8 mile. They got to around 45mph I think. Theirs had NOS on them too. One of the guys lost control and rolled hisimg src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

I was going to build one, but all I've done so far is bought tires and wheels. I'm starting to think now that a cooler cart would be, uh, cooler.

i am in thye middle of building one. I am going to make it more off road than some of those draggers but if i like them i want to make another for dragging and take it to the anual roadster show evryyear out here. last year i was talking to one of them about them and they let me drive one to see how i liked it. they feel more stable than you would think. they are pretty heavy at the bases with the engine and everything packed into such a small area. that is what got me going on them
