I am 47 and I just found MTV last weekend.
I ended up watching a show called punked and jackass. I might have the names a little wrong but its about time I find something worth watching on the dam flat panel TV.
One show last made me throw TV bricks and I ran out, was: richgirls. I thought they need to come visit my outhouse for a day or two to get back to reality.

I live near Bam Magura and recognize most of the places he goes. Heard he helped design the indoor skate park my son goes to my wife said my son cut Bam off as he was dropping in on the half pipe and gave him the finger one day.. My son is 10
Im so proud..LOL, I watched the show a couple times pretty funny chit.

LOL, no I didnt see em, Im about 20 minutes north of there. When they took phil to the blarney stone it was funny I have been there many many times.

Watching the three part MTV cribs. Shaq has a quad, couldnt tell what kind sitting on about 20 inch rims. Looks like it had a little bit of chrome on it. It must be nice to have money like that.

Shaq has a Hummer H@ that is lowerd and sitting on 26" rims as well. WTF????? He also has abad azz West Coast Chopper that was custom built for him. That thing is SWEET!!! But he said he never rides it!!!!
Chet- if you liked Jackass, then you gotta catch Viva La Bam and Wildboys (both spinoffs from the guys in Jackass). They are a lot funnier than Jackass

I watched that MTV Cribs too... It was a Polaris Scrambler( not sure if it was the 400 2 stroke or the 500 4 stroke). And Chet, MTV is one of the awesomest channels ever! LOL, I agree that "Rich Girls" is one of the stupidest shows I ever saw, but Tommy Hilfigure's daughter is SMOKEN HOT!!!

First, I have to write that yes I did see Shaqs quad. I didn't notice what kind it was because I was looking at the huge rims and tires on it.
Now, I want to complain about MTV. I have been watching MTV for years and I was actually one of the people MTV called out to for help. MTV would say: "call your cable company and tell them- I WANT MY MTV!" After sometime, we got our MUSIC tv. Something happen between now and then. Does mtv play music anymore? I've come to learn that there is a MTV2. They've tricked us! They wanted to start another channel so they moved the music to the 2nd channel, thinking we'd follow like a horse after a carrot. I did my part and made it possible for MTV to play on the local cable network. (Not really, I just watched tv.) Anyway, I'm not going to beg for a second MTV so I can hear some music that should be on the MTV1. Although, I believe that some of the music should not even exist on tv. So I guess I just want my MTV1 back + a couple of the shows that are already on MTV1. Like- Real World, Road Rules, The current competiton between the two (Gauntlet?), Cribs, The two spin off shows from Jackass. To name a couple. Sometimes, I think MTV should be called RapTV.

MTV was so much fun when it first came on (Yes, I was watching it in 1980). Back then it stood for "MUSIC Television".
Somewhere along the line that part became lost.

i stopped watching mtv in the 90's when it went down hill! i watch vh1 sometines but i geuss i just miss the music i grew up to. what happend to the big hair bands?motely crew, guns and roses, reo, cheap trick, van halen? who gives a crap what happened to boy gorge, he was just a dark spot on a good era! well i guess i gave my age away! i do like the where are they now show on vh1.
