I'm trying to figure out how to transfer pictures from a Walmart picture cd to "my page". First it said: the size was to large because they only allow 150kb. How do you reduce them? Then it was stating that it was the wrong file. What is the correct file? Any info will be appreciated. A step by step on how to transfer them would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

paint then stretch and skew make the numbers smaller and then save.

ok go to paint then open the picture. then go to i think the heading is image. select stretch and skew. set the numbers lower then save it. that should do it.
