I'd suggest a two-place snowmobile trailer, but I'll bet that they're in short supply in Arizona.
Seriously, an 8x8 or 8x10 tilt-bed would work great. I hauled two Magnum 500s around on one (8x10)for three years with no problems, still had some room for camping gear & firewood. They're usually aluminum, so they don't weigh much.
Triton makes one that is designed for ATVs; it loads from the sides with fold-down ramps. It's a bit narrower than a snowmobile trailer, so it wouldn't be as clumsy in traffic. Here's the link:

I say atleast a 14 footer. Unless you you can load from the sides than your 5x10 should be enoughwhen out of the crates. If in the crates might want to borrow abigger one. Good Luck

I have to pick up 2 sportsman atv A 500 and a 600 they will booth be crated. Anyone know what is the smallest size trailer I can use? would both in a crate fit on a 5x10 trailler or I need bigger? Also the 2 atv will be mine what size trailer is the smallest I can haul them both in out of the crates? I don't want a trailer to pick them up in when crated or any bigger then I need when out of the crates to haul them in Thanks
