That's a really nice trailer. I am currently looking around for a 10'x6' . Any things , from your experience, I should be aware of? What are some options I should be sure to buy?
Thanx

Actually I got about the same $$$$ in my trailer as my Raptor.
Shopping around & carefully picking options pays off in a good deal!!

Man that's a tough question because there is such a big diffrence in sizes.
My best advice is to compare warrantys.
I got a 5 year warranty with mine. The longer the manufacture is willing to back their product is directly related to what they think their quality is.
If your gonna camp in it make sure it's fully insulated.
Make sure all the things you want to haul will fit with all your gear.
Get some kind of cabinets or shelving so you can store all your gear instead of having it on the ground.
Get the rear ramp, It's sooooo much easier to load.
A v or round nose really helps cut wind resistance.
Get trailer brakes!! This takes the load off your truck & can be a life saver.
I hope you find a trailer that meets your needs!!

Yep!! I pull it with my 97 Dodge Dakota SLT with a 5.2 liter (318 Cu in) V8!!!
I had to add a B&M Trans cooler, & while I was at it I changed the trans fluid, rear end grease, flushed the Radiator & put in new anti freeze.
I exchanged the sport tires with 6 ply truck tires.
I also put in a trailer brake controler & use a weight distributing hitch.
I haven't weighed the trailer yet but It's around 3500~4000 Lbs.
I looked at the aluminum framed trailers & they were way more expensive!!
I couldn't have gotten near as nice of a trailer for the same $$$$
I had a delima when I ordered the trailer, I got it as big as my Dakota would handle becsuse I'll be getting a full size Ram next fall (Hemi or oil burner I haven't decided yet) & didn't want the trailer to be too small because I'm gonna have it for a while. The 5.2 V8 does pull it with out problems, I took a 200 mile round trip to do some woods riding & had to pull some pretty good size hills on 2 lane roads to get there & it did fine.
Keeping it at the speed limit on the expressway (75 Mph) wasn't a problem either but it was the longest I've ever driven the speed limit!! LOL!
I'm gonna add a sway control because passing tractor trailers moved me around more than I like.
I'm only gonna travel in state this year to The sand drags & Sahara so I don't think my Dakota will have any problems pulling it for a year.
