Try Progressive Insurance. They are popular here in Ohio. I FULLY cover 3 quads($500 Deductible) for under $200.00 a year. They have a web site check it out.
You may have to get an appraisel done on your bike to get a company to insure it for more than "current mkt. value". Ask your agent about it.
Do you ride in Wayne Nat'l. Forest, near Logan/Nelsonville OH.?

KY Cat-- That is TOO strange about your experience with Progressive. Maybe their pricing is different from state-to-state, dont know.
I have used them for years, and they consistently beat prices of Motorists, Grange, and State Farm for me! I cannot imagine WHY premium prices would be so different!??!

I want to get a policy for my r...tried to get it put on with my truck through the same company, but they would only insure for the retail value of the bike...which is only like 2500...and it's a 5500 dollar machine.
They were going to insure it for 2500 against theft, colission and liability for 360 per year.
This sounds like a bad deal to me?
Who do you guys have your quads insured with???
I want to be covered for everything...theft, fire, accident...you name it...EVERYTHING!
Thanks!

I feel for ya ashburner.....I too went online to atvline yesterday and got a good quote......2001 Rancher ES ($160)& a 2000 Trailblazer was ($150) both together were ($300, annually) not bad even with $250 deductable. Sorry you didnt have the same luck but im stick'n with progressive for ($150 w/$100 ded.). It was $200 the first year then they give you a 25% discount for no claims (didn't no that) . I did hit a tree after 150 miles (plastic $70 , front clip) and some damaged to the bumpers but eh.....total estimate repair under $250. Some advice, dont claim it unless its "REALLY" worth it. Dig this math......$250 repair minus $100 ded. plus the $50 I saved ALREADY THIS YEAR is only a difference of a hundred dollars that I will make up for in the next 2 years for not claiming it.... not to mantion my rates may have increased 25% or maybe more if I did make a claim?

My wife and I have perfect driving records with 3 years of ATV experience. I called ATVline and they quoted me $1500 year for myself and $1400 year for my wife. This is for 2 stock Z-400's with a 500 deductible... what a rip off. Progressive was about $800/year for both quads with the same coverage and deductible. California SUCKS!!!

I have mine with Farmers (they also have my house & truck)
I have a $200 deductable & I have the value listed at $9000 (I kept all recipts on aftermarket parts) I pay $185 a year for full coverage.
Threaten to move all your ins to another carrier if they don't treat you right.

Have my atv insurance with Allstate for $180.00 per year. Rates did not go up even after filing 2 insurance claims on former bikes. No problem with claims, both times got fair settlement.

Mine is covered by State Farm (same for truck and motorcycle). It's listed at $6000, and I am also covered for $1500 in aftermarket goodies. I pay about $150/year, and that is for a $125 deductable.

American Family Ins. $238 yr. total replacement. $500G liability.
Insurance is only as good as your agent.

2002 Rubicon, Full coverage, 500 deductable, American Family Ins., 105 Dollars a year..
They only required that I have my truck insured through them too....

Try AAA. They have the best deal for me. Although, your driving record must be GREAT.

I looked at Progressive, and they were outrageous! $800 a year! And I have had no accidents or tickets. Allstate was only $180 for full coverage with $100 deductible.
