I don't know much about your quad, but if it has 4wd it should do fine in most snows of 10" or under...I have a Honda Rancher 350 4wd and it plows great, but I haven't had much over 10" to exercise it with.
Good Luck!

My plow is the moose 50" model.
I probably could have gone with the 60", but at the time of purchase I was unsure how well my bike would do.
The additional size is something to take into account for storage of your bike while it is on. In order to fit it in my garage while it is installed on my bike, the plow must extend under a work bench. With a 60" plow I would have had to make modifications so it would fit.
Also, manuvering around obsticles is a bit more challenging while the plow is installed, 50" or 60". When I back my quad out I am always within inches of some structure, car, etc.
Lastly, are you using a manual lift? If so, the smaller one may be less stress on your left arm!
You mention $560 with install...It took me about 2.5 hours to install mine at a slow steady pace.(I was being extra cautious) I'm glad I did it myself since I was going to have to be the one to take it off in the spring. My type of plow uses an under side mount bracket that reduces my ground clearence by about 2". I am not ready to give up any ground clearence!!! So each spring I remove that assembly. Paying the dealer to have this done would be difficult with the weeekly allowance my wife gives me.

Was it hard to install? I installed it on a Honda Rancher, each bike is different. For my experience see the following.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you would rate a persons skill and ability to do these type of tasks, I would probably be a "6" if 10 were the best.
If you rate the difficulty of installing this I would rate it about a "3" with 10 being the most difficult.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you could replace drum brakes on a Chevy pickup, you could do this with no problem.
It may help you considerably if you could see one already installed on your bike or another.
Good luck!

Is this quad to small for plowing and would it be worth the money? The dealer wants $560.00 for the complete plow with the manuel lift and this price also includes install.

What would be a good plow a 48" or a 60" plow for my Suzuki Lt2504wd? Would I be better off with a 48" plow? Would it be stressing it if I went for a larger plow?
