I am not sure what your are looking for, but I will start with this.
White = Ground
Brown = Tail lights
Yellow = Left turn
Green = Right turn
You should have two brown wires, one going to each tail light. And like the code above, the yellow is the left turn, and the green is the right turn signal. White should be grounded to the trailers frame.
I am not sure what type trailer lights you have, but make sure the negative side of those are also grounded to the frame. Most common trailer lights ground themselves through the bracket, so you should not have to worry about this.

Lurch has everything right on ....The only thing I would add is that if it is a tilt trailer, sometimes the ground connection is lost between the tongue and the bed of the trailer. I usually add a small jumper wire from the tongue to the bed to eliminate the problem.

Does anyone out there know how to wire a trailer with 4 wires and 4 pin plug?????? The wires now go two to each side with no crossover. Just can't seem to get them to work??
Any Help would be great!!
