If you just want to display pictures and do not care about creating and maintaining a web site...
why not try something like "photopoint".com
They will let you upload and share pictures.

There are tons of places to set up a website. [url=http://www.angelfire.com]Angelfire[/url] is where I set mine up at, or you could go over to [url=http://www.homestead.com]homestead[/url] [url=http://www.geocities.com]geocities[/url]
Do a search on Lycos for Web Hosting and it will bring up more sites for you to start making a site.
Most of these have online web builders and instructions on how to do it.
You can also use Microsoft Front Page 2000

with msn seems to be the easiest to me.
Check th elink and you'll se what it looks like. It's free. you can put tons of pics, and its really easy to add pics or albums.
