i was finally able to quit about 3 1/2 years ago and haven't looked back. hardest thing i ever did in my life. oh and i chewed skoal straight. glad i quit cause i got bleeding ulcers from it and still have stomache troubles.

yea nicotine addiction is an SOB.i used to smoke cigarettes but recently quit and hopefully its for good this time. no matter how many times ive tried i end up failing. but there are a few things out there that a nicotine addiction is nothign compared to.

believe me ive done my fair share of experimentation with many things. herion addiction is nothin like nicotine, you may have cold chills and hot flashes ect with nictotine withdrawl, but herion actually makes your whole body feel weak and in pain and not to m,ention yoru very sick. not a pleasant feeling

Saw heroin take out my cousin last year.....he wasn't even old enough to drink(It's downhill quick with some of the drugs readily available these days)
