Dont know much about Raptors but what about weight reduction? Get it lighter and it'll go faster. Just a thought.

Your octane sounds a little high for only running 12:1 at that elevation ~4500ft. Try mixing 50/50 premium pump with your 110 and I bet she runs a little better.
You could always add a 20HP shot of nitrous.....
I'm not all that up on the new 700R but Rocket Factory is and they are just down the road from you in Sparks. Might want to give them a call or even take you bike into them to have dyno'd.

LISTEN TO RAPTORRANDY27... He knows what he's talkin about... If you do a couple more mods, get some 22-11-8 10 paddle extreme superlights 72" rollout and that will make you a good bikelength faster if your gearing is good and it will give you more flotation and clearance.

goto your local atv tire shop and see if they have the EXACT tires I told you to get, same rollout and all and see if they can mount one up for ya and just see how light they are. Makesure they're on douglas .125 rims. If you're worried about bending the .125 rims, it's hard unless you do big jumps cause it's an 8"rim so it has less leverage on the outside for it to bend/cave in if you get what I mean. These tires though actually made me a good 1 or 2 bikelengths faster on the hill and another 2 bikelengths when I put my +6 swinger on and I havent lost to a raptor or 250r yet. Even a piped 700 with a 90lb kid who was a good rider. I think that's not too bad for just a 310 and a 230lb rider.

You could go with a 4, 6 or 8 mil stroke which would make it a 770 at 4mil 780 at 6 mil or an 804 at 8mil
your already at 105mm bore with the 734 kit so you won't need and over bore. If you only have the web stage I cam you would want to go up to the stage II or III with the stroker kit. Kenz Cycle Tech is doing a bunch of 6 mil kits and they run hard. Rocket Factory is another option and they do 770 and 804 kits. You already have most of what you need so it shouldn't break the bank adding a stroker crank with Aftermarket Rod and a new piston with rings as it will have a different pin location and if you choose a new cam. I would imagine your at 59 to 62 RWHP right now with thw 734 kit if your controller has been dyno tuned and mapped. You can expect to get into the mid 70's with the stroker kits with good porting and into the upper 70's with good porting & oversize valves with a custom gring cam. You will also need to get the controller re mapped.
I would give Kenz Cycle tech a call (480-962-1714) as their parts prices for the stroker kits are very reasonable as well as their labor to install the kit IMHO.

The barkers are the chit for a drag rappy but for a duner I prefer the LTE duals as they stay inside the frame.
The LTE duals will give it a broader curve and hold the HP longer than the Trinity Pipe which IMHO makes them better suited for duning.

ive heard the barker duel exhaust is bad a$$ for raptors.sounds like you have a good set up. why 21' extremes?? thats like a 12 hauler. does it spin that bad?? id go hauler or even triple buff. sounds like your ready for a port job.

I have an 06 raptor 734 with the following mods: 734 big bore high comp 12:1 pistons heavy clutch kit, racing cam, stage IV exhaust, EFI controller, alluminum air box w/ 4 1/2" K&N filter, burns 110 octain fuel, on 21" 10 paddle hauler extremes.
I ride mainly at sand mountian in fallon nevada.
Q: is thier any thing I can do to increase my power for going up the dunes?
please only serious responses!

thanks for the good info, I will check into doing some of those modifications.

I had it ported when I had the bore kit done. thanks

I tried the 50/50 cut on the 110, my results were, sputtering and back firing. thanks for the tip but I think I have to stay with the 110.
and maybe the nitrous is in the future.
also I think I will take your advice about the dyno in sparks.

I have seen the 22-11-8 10's out at the mountian and they really do seem to make a differance, so as soon as my hauler extremes are toasted. also the 22's I viewed were on bead locks. I thought they would be a little heavy.
