My brother in law did give me some home made wine a few years back that was more like whiskey if you ask me and I became one whith the throne.

DuneDragin,
You would be more than welcome to the spinzone if you ever have the time.
I know I have 5 new in the box hotwheels ( purchased in the early ninties ) of what you are riding in your picture.

LOL, I like that.
I think there might be a few male heathern's in the spinzone.
I need to look "heathern" to see what that really means because you don't hear of that term to much.

When my son was young we would go to the stores and look at the hotwheels and pick up a few to collect and keep them new in the box and they were only around 50cents per item. It was a cheap thing to do!!!

DuneDragin,
Your throwing big words at meBR>
"Hedonistic" I had better look that one up too.
Well, its time for me to go pick up a 1960's life magazine from the case and take a peek at the past before I go to bed.
see everyone on tommorow

"Hedonistic"
self-indulgent (adjective): riotous, wild, pleasure-seeking, self-gratifying

No I didn't see that Suzuki 450. I missed it. We left at 5 or so. Had a good time too. Just hate to leave. They moved some sand away from the parking lot. It helped with parking. Not too many people out there. Man it was way colder than I thought it was gonna be. Good thing the wife packs the jackets or I wouldn't have had one.

Concerned Duner..man you are hilarious....you should be a soap opera writer.... "Days of our Dunes"....

Gives a whole new meaning to our taxes killing us!!
So you are saying that you in no way instigated any of this?? You were totally innocent of any wrong doing?? You take no blame for any of your actions? You were just riding around and he pulled a gun on you for no reason whatsoever?? I mean I'm no genius but that just doesn't make sense to me.
I dont' condone shooting at people and don't even own a handgun but I can see how it can escalate into something like this. People have been shot at and even died for a lot less than this. I know of a rancher in Winkler County that wanted to have a guy I worked with prosecuted for STEPPING onto his land(he actually held my friend at gunpoint)...all he was doing was surveying the adjacent land and needed to get reading on his property corner..my friend had to go to court over it..Just imagine what could be done in a case like this with people tresspassing knowingly...I mean come on man..I know who you and your dad are and you guys have been riding there forever...I've only been riding since 2001 and know my way around regardless of how the wind blows. All I'm asking is for you to keep it real and don't propagandize anymore.

Dunes are still open...it's been in the triple digits the last couple weeks though. Even I.. a hard core duner can't do 110 degrees.

Well they are supposed to be in the low 90's this weekend and we got a nice shower last night and a good chance of more today. I hope we do cause if not then no Fire workies for the kiddos.

Went to Kermit and had a blast...the sand was smooth and awesome...lots of peaks for jumps! Nice and cool at 7:00 am.

I hadn't been riding in a couple of months and it was kinda a last minute thing. Just a couple buddies and myself. It was the best day to go riding this summer so far. I wish I would have taken it easy....man I'm sore this morning.

Hey Choose what's happenin man? Kermit is still open for buisness. I still ride there. It has been hot and have had other things going on. They are trying to get some drag races setup in the near future hopefully. It's the best dune area in Texas.
Check out the site Kermit Sanhills Inc.

I know of one guy out there that would probably lap you dunefighter.

It really depends on what kind of atmosphere you like...if you like to see lots of bikes and everyone having a good time at the sacrifice of not enough room for everyone then Sahara is your choice....if you like lots of dunes without all the people and bikes with a quiet atmosphere then Kermit is the one you'd want then. Hope this helped.
