Im not paranoid just keeping a eye on the forums for dbeck.
As you know there are/were a few threads involving land use that have gotten a little heated. There is a bit of a problem in Michigan right now too. It too has made its way from forum to forum and back again.
Im just trying to keep these and other conversations going for the benifit of most of those involved. It would be much easier for me to just toss it in the trash can than to try and give some advice to keep it going.

kermit is a small community and the paper isnt on the internet. so for me, being in lubbock (150 miles away), the forum has some interesting news being posted. you can usually tell whats true and whats not true. people need to grow a little thicker skin. not everyone is going to always say the kinds of things you want to hear..

i understand where you are coming from, but there's nothing going on now.. hasnt been in a few days. everyone has calmed down (or at least they arent posting their frustrations as much). no one really talks in this one anymore anyways..

Let me go ahead and clarify some trespassing concerns. First off let me say that for the past 4 decades we have all been riding on someone elses land. Nobody has really said ANYTHING until Jimbo and crew came along. Walton does not give permission for you to ride on his land. For liability reasons he cannot give his consent. If Walton himself, and only Walton catches you, the only thing he is going to do is tell you to ride somewhere else. HE WILL NOT PROSECUTE. If he sees you he has to tell you to ride somewhere else for LIABILITY reasons. We have all been riding there for years. This policy has always been the same. BEWARE OF PEOPLE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ENFORCE NO TRESPASSING. Jimbo and his crew (Underwoods etc.) may pose as ranch hands and say they have permission to run you off, BUT THEY DON'T. Walton is a nice guy and only wants to cover his assets in case of an accident. Once again he will just politely ask you ride somewhere else. BIG DEAL. Just show the same respect of his land we have been showing for years and enjoy riding.

Who are you to judge me? How do you know what I have and havn't achieved. I have been nothing but informative to people who don't know any better. How is this wrong? Jimmy has lied and lied Therefore he is a liar. He got two dps to tell people what jimmy wanted. Thats called strongarming. This has already been established. All of this is true. He refused to give us a map of his property. So, I got it. Belittling me is immature and undermining my hard work is wrong. So far there has been ZERO proof of what I have said thus far being wrong. They refuse to address what they know is right and only get off subject in hopes the truth will be lost in pages of a thread.

Its the posts that are edited to nothing that are raising suspicions. I figure you or anyone else who does it has something to hide. could be a threat that is edited out before it can be seen by a mod. Who knows but it doesnt look too good when there is a few in a row.
