I have tried paddle tires on the 90, and all they do is just dig holes! I have had the best luck with the stock tires, aired down as far as I dare.

I've never really heard of a hopped up TRX, but i can understand for any body wanting more power from anything. In my attempt to get you pointed in the right direction. FMF probably makes a pipe along with White Brothers and possibly Big gun.
Edit: YES I did see a TRX 90 in ATV sport with a Big Gun race exhaust and an 11:1 compression piston. That would provide some nice hop ups. Don't forget a K&N or Uni filter or something

Thanks for the response, what do know about DMC Alien. I hate to buy a pipe and it does'nt help or even loses power. That happen to me once. I hade a 1987 banshee and bought a CT pipe for it, It made a little more bottom end than the stock pipes did, I was pissed told them that they were junk. Then I tryed Toomey pipes, holly shiz. That is what a pip is suppose to do. I'v been talking with a lot of after market dealers and no one seems to really know what would work, they all say it will be better than stock, and I ask them have you done any testing on it, answer is NO.

My son has raced a poweroll stroked trx90 the last 2 years. Woodland, Wa. high points winner 2003/2004. We run a white bros. big gun exhaust with a honda xr 100 carb and twist grip also you can order rear sprockets from sprocket spec all the way down to 40 tooth. Besides spending your retirement, pipe it /jet it / gear it / K&N has an industrial catalog that has a taperd filter that will fit in place of the stock one with an outer wear also a few white bros. air box lid vents don't hurt ( stock and a pipe should handle about a 45 tooth ) also under the left side case are two wires at the countershaft sprocket the pink one can be cut and grounded to the case this is a rev limiting devise for high gear you'll pick up about 5mph just cutting the pink wire. If you really want to make it go fast let me know but it an't cheap.
