Take them off the wheels and patch them.

Almost any tire store could get you the tubes or patches you would need.

Pick up patch material at any auto parts store. You can get it in pretty large sizes. It should work, just be sure to really clean the area to be patched on the inside of the tire. Use some acetone to wipe it off with. Make sure you then scuff up the area to be patched. Once you slime the tire you won't be able to patch it.
Good luck

Patch the inside

I agree with Quadduck, patch the inside and then run a tube in it.

I worked for GOODYEAR FOR 8 YEARS AND MY DAD has for over 30years if you try this yourself you probably won't have good results. to much flex , however try to find a place that retreads tires they can probably put a section in the tire, depending on the equipment that they have and thier willingness to participate. Haulers are a retread so I know the can handle being sectioned and cooked without blowing up. If you do try to tackle this yourself then patch from the inside and use tubes instead of slime. If you don't patch the slices in the tire will pinch the tubes.

I agree with rescuediver plus its good advice LOL

Tubes are kind of universal the rim diameter should be the same but if you found a tube for a 22x10.00x8 it should work just dandy.
