Well Edster im a beginner dune rider too, but the group of riders i ride with are very experience. So where are you from? What kind of quad you ride, i can tell you that Pismo is a great place fo rthe family, even if you dont like to ride. YOu can jsut sit and lounge on the beach, its not really that cold around this time. It gets wind around 1pm. the wind dies down around 6pm. Well if you want to meet up and ride it'll be cool.

I am thinking of going that weekend but we are newbies to this whole ATV thing.... What is the weather like in July? I heard it gets cold and windy???

I live in orange county... I have been to Pismo before (Jeepin) but it was a while ago.... I just purchased a Honda 400ex and a 300ex for my G/F. I'l keep you posted...
