Just thought i,d let everyone in on the news from SKAT-TRAK,,,,GOOD and BAD,, they have had to go with a different brand of carcass, so therefore there are going to be a few problem's that i wanted to address for everyone,,,#1 there will be no more 21x12x8 tires,, period,,,, # 2 the 22x11x8 superlites will no longer be availible in any rollout larger than 72in, SORRY,,,,, there are no more 73-75 rollouts,,, only thing larger will be 25x12x9s in,, 79-82 rollout,,,, #3 there gonna be from 1- 1.5 lbs heavier per tire,,,#4 custom order tires are going to take anywhere from 3-5 months to be built,,,bad deal huh,,,, as everyone has seen, there has been a major shortage in superlite's recently, well things are up and running again , a very few dealers (including myself) whom have had major backorders with skat-trak, have been told that skat-trak will start shipping the new tires tommorow, so we should have them in stock in about a week,,,, thanks for your patience, Jim

Thats what it sounds like HA2, slightly smaller too, my 22" extremes roll out at 74 1/2" with 5psi they say 72" is max now

Just now, I hear there's lots of folks still on back order, if you have them then they are the older style

I was thinking about this last night, I think the ones you got 2 monthes ago are probably old style, within the last 2 weeks though I have heard of folks getting haulers with Kenda and Chen Shing carcases's, I believe all the old style were Nan King buy I not positive on this, just don't remember seeing anything else

I can make a call tommrow but my impression is that the difference between regular and superlites/tripple buffs is only the amount of buffing, if they can't buy the tire size anymore......

What they are talking about is the Ultralite/Superlight buff. If you want your regluar buffed hauler that you could get a year ago, you can still get that. There arent changes to that. What the changes affect are the Ultralite buffs.

I spoke with somebody at Skat-Trak about a week ago and that was what he told me. I am not 100% sure he knew exactly what he was talking about.

That sucks, glad I got my 21's last month

I think it's affecting all the paddles not just ultralights. I've tried to get any type of skat trak and have been unable too!
