stick with the 20"s the 250 is not a very powerful quad and the sand robs a lot of power. stickin bigger tires on it will jus hinder it's performance.

My son has a 2003 250ex. I would stick w/ the 20's so that the motor will not work as hard to turn the tires.

Stick with 20's so that bike can spin those tires.

I bought a couple 2003 Honda 250ex's and purchased rear Itp Sand Star paddles for one bike so far. I was torn between the 20" and the 22" but decided to buy the 20x11x8. My question is, are the 22"x11x8's too much tire for the 250ex (stock knobbies are 22"), or should I just stay with the 20's in the paddle for the other bike as well? The primary riding will be sand/dune riding. Any opinion is welcome. Thanks
