I think there are some trailer park type facilities along Pacific Blvd (runs from Pismo to Arroyo Grande).
Pismo Beach's web site lists two RV Parks. You give them a ring to see if they have anything available or know where else you can stay around there. Some places offer storage. They pull it out and set it up for you (ex supervisor did this). But I don't think you are looking for that.

when u say trailer, do u mean motor home? or like the trailer u tow ur quad on?

well you can park on wet sand or dry sand id go with the dry sand.

gotta unload past pole 2 i think it is, no way around that. and you'll wanna park higher in the drier sand... otherwise you might come back from a long ride and see your trailer floating away cause high tide
