Florence will get alot of the spillover from the sandfest i think, i've never been there but i don't even wanta begin to fight all the crouds and be hassled by the cops, eve better be charged a ARM and a LEG to ride on PUBLIC land....... got me how they get away with that one....

there is a little get together at winchester july 31 to aug3 it's called sandfest. were all meeting at the tvi booth 9:30 sat morning.

A LARGE group of my Family and Friends will be at Winchester Bay August 12th - 17th. As of this moment, there are going to be about 20 Quads in our group. Everything from a Breeze to my KFX700 and ages from 13 to 65. Hope to see at meet some of you if you are going to be out on the Dunes at that time. With 20 Quads, we won't be hard to find.

LOL right now it may be a little harder for me since I gotta compression start mine right now because the frickin starter is gone. And I broke the top bracklet on my CT pipe but they were incredibly nice and are going to repair it maybe or most likely give me a new one. Im happy with their customer service. But she ll will be running and yes we can go out and race some people.

Some rangers in oregon are dicks and some dont care sometimes. Pretty much every foustroke that goes there is illegal so most people just say screw it.

me and my friends are skipping dunefest this year, but will be staying at driftwood II campground in florence july 30th through aug.2nd. CAN'T WAIT! 4 banshees, a raptor, and a 94 kx 250. we should have a lot of fun!

oregon cops can be both cool or a**holes...just don't go rippin through the campgrounds, and if you go by a cop, just gas down a little, and ride past him mellow...I've been riding the oregon dunes for 14 yrs, and never been checked for db, except when I volunteered,so I could see how loud I was. so don't sweat it.

Aren't they really restrictive with the db levels in Oregon? Are you guys with the louder bikes just gonna ride anyway and hope you don't get stopped?
