Paddles will make it much easier to go up hills and stuff. I would just wait till i got there to buy some everyone in town is pretty reasonably priced for sand tires.

if you wanna have the most fun and you wanna drag race a few people then you'll want some paddles..i just got back from there last night..it's an awesome place..real fine sand..

Been there several times and It's awesome.You might want to invest in some tires though,that is to have the most fun.You must have a flag for the day and ALL lighting at night.
