I remember renting atvs at daytona about 10 years ago when i was a young lad. I believe they were like real slow polarises (i guess that doesnt narrow it down very much though!) and also probably had a throttle limiter on them cause we couldnt go anyfaster than maybe 15mph.

As far as I know you can ride on Daytona Beach, but its speed limited.
