No fee's yet.
Try www.glamisonline.org then find the Dumont link in the forums. Lots of good info there.
Also can look at Halloween at Dumont article in the Dune Zone.

Dumont has some great duning, very fast riding with very few drop off's and witches eyes. LOTS of razorbacks though BR>The camping is primitive! It has a few bathrooms, but other than that bring all that you need.
Sand Mountain is in northern NV and is different than the one in UT.

Search "California BLM" in one of the search engines. For a while the government web sites have been closed (some lawsuit). They may be open again now.

Are there any fees to get into the dune area and what are they?

Is there a web page that has info on the area?

Are there any campgrounds and are they private or government owned?

Basically any info would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I have heard of sand mountain and they say it is in nevada. The only sand mountain I know of is at little sahara utah. Where is this sand mountain nevada. Thanks for any info.
