Is the 400ex and 250R Brake Hubs Interchangebale?

I need to know if the 250r and 400ex brake hubs are interchangebale. I know the axles and bearing Carriers are but I dont know if the Calipers are. But I need to know if the brake hubs that mount on the axles are? Thanks Griff's FSR
