I have a set of 27" . I had them on my 454 AC they seemed to be a bit much for it. So I got a 500 AC and put them on that it seems to be much better . They seem to be a good tire they work well in the mud and on the hard roads As for wear I only had them for about a month . I think the 26" would be good for your 400..

They did on the 454 when jumping with me and my 2 kids on it , About 220 lbs total . So I would think the same on the 500 same chassis you know ..

Glen i just ordered a set from Highlifter. Call them and ask to speek to Dan tell him what you are going to put them on and where you intend to use them he helped me a lot, they are a little more expensive than the rest, but for the expertise its well work it. chuck 2000 500 ArcticCat 4x4, Warn A2500, soon to have 27" MudBugs

Does anyone have any other sugestions for a good tire? I do allot of riding in the mountians of Pa. (Snow,Mud and Rocks) Thanks in advance Glen 96 Honda TRX400FW
