best way to get a smooth ride out of a polaris is to trade it for an arctic cat. 12 inches of ground clearance and 10 inches of suspension travel can hold a guy like you and then some.

its a 950cc Thundercat 1000. If you want one you better get to an AC dealer to reserve yours. $10,500, be at dealer around october. the thundercat is gonna ride sweet. race bred suspnsion, ride-in, redesigned handlebars, lower and softer seat. if youre looking for that kind of ridability and power at lower cost get the new 700H1 ac. same race bred suspension but much less pricewise.

Oinkjackson-I put HD front springs on my 800, and set rears 2nd from stiffest. I only weigh about 200, but this helped out a lot with the soft, boaty ride and lean. Firmed up cornering and didn't change ride comfort much, all for better in my opinion. Got springs from dealer for about $60.
