Sometimes you can get a tire that just won't seat the bead properly. If the local ITP rep isn't helpfull, give the ITP head office a call (Ontario, Calif.). I have always found them to be very helpful! I had a tire problem, and after a call a new set of tires was on my doorstep the next day......

Terracross were designed for the side-by-sides so it shouldn't be a problem to have 'em on the Rhino.
What psi you running in them (at the start of a ride)?
You probably already have, but check your valves and stems for leaks.

First off, this is my first post. I would like to say hello to you all....
Here is my issue. I bought a Rhino 660 four months ago and added 14" IPT Series 7 wheels with 26" IPT Terracross tires. Information from my dealer says I am the only Rhino running this set up, locally. They have sold them with several ATVs but I am the only one running them on the Rhino. No issues with the ATVs. My problem is that I loose air pressure from the front tires every time I ride. The last time I rode, I broke the bead 11 miles from the truck. I worked for 45 minutes to try to reseat the bead but finally gave up. I had to drive out on a flat. I have had my front tires loose air on several occasions so this was a recurring issue. After my last ride I drove directly to my dealer to see what they could come up with. I seem to loose air pressure some days and not on others. There seems to be no pattern. I currently have 26x8x14 up front and 26x11x14 in the rear. My dealer and local IPT Rep have looked at my bike and don't have any answers. They have offered to replace my 8" front tires with 9" tires for free. I have accepted this offer for now but here is what I want to know...
Have any of you had issues with Terracross tires leaking air and if so, what have you done to fix the problem.

I am running 11psi up front and 14psi on the rears. If it were the valve or stem, wouldn't it leak all the time? Some days they will hold air and others they will not.

Thanks for the info. My dealer ordered two new 9" tires for the front yesterday. Hopefully, going with a bigger front tire will fix the issue.

Update: Dealer installed my new 26/9/14s yesterday. Took them out for a quick run yesterday and today. The Rhino seems to feel a little more solid on the trail. Not as much "role" as before when cornering. They still had air in them this morning when I checked and were still good when I got home from work. I will check again tomorrow morning. I hope this solves my problem. If it does, I have to thank "Ben" at Performance Yamaha in Wasilla, Alaska for replacing the old 8" tires with the new 9" tires for free. He really busted his butt making sure I was happy with my bike. He did a great job on my new 700 Grizzly SE I picked up yesterday as well. I love my Yamahas.
