The reason I feel that these are the best is:
1- there aluminum, no paint to scratch off then rust
2- they are almost 1/4" thick (3/8" acually :) but still really thick)
3- bullet proof
4- Just got to love the look of aluminum, not black paint.
5- don't hardly weigh a thing!
but again that is my opinion

Nope..... on the wheel spacers (makes it reel rough in the trees ! :) ) and as a proud forman owner one of the first things that I did was replace that stock "pie pan" of a bash plate. In case you were wondering, I got the bash plate and stick guards, shipped to my door for right under $70.. (they sold to me at dealer cost because they have a outlet store in Oregon!! gee to bad.. :) I wish other companies were like that!! (..i..e.. highlifter!)

FOREMANes,
Do you have wheel spacers on your 450?

Well Foreman, I have nothing fancy on my ES :( but I do have a full Teflon skid pan that I made myself. It works really great in the deep snow.
