When you guys speak of OTD price, is that really everything? Should I get ext warranty?

In my opinion extended warrenties are not worth the money, the are a hassle to deal with because every item has to be approved before work gets done and they can turn down about anything they want. Extended warrenties are not handled by the manufacturer, they are out sourced to companies that offer these services. I would not waste my money on them.

OTD is exactly what it means. You can find warranties online cheaper then your dealer will sell it to you for, I've had 5 quads, never had a single issue requiring a warranty after initial 6 months. I've bought extended warranties on two different vehicles which were NEVER once used.

Don't get the extended warranty. It's just added profit for the dealer and manufacturer. This doesn't just go for quads, but everything - cars, motorcycles, applicances, electronics, etc.

They bank on you NOT needing it, and probably 95% of us (or more) won't need it.

Next time you're at a dealer, and they try to sell you an extended warranty on the vehicle they just ranted for an hour about how great and reliable they are, ask them: "Why do I need an extended warranty on something you just got done telling me is so great and reliable?" The response will probably be something like "...errr, ummm, I, uh.... "

Prob a stupid question, but that's tax, title, dealer BS.....really out the door?

Is it worth it to get an extended warranty on Suzukis Quadrunners?

Thanks
