I herd Kawi was June 1st, but I still do not know where the info is going to be posted or really how reliable the source was. I keep hearing yamaha dates like June 12 and June 29th, Again reliabilty of the information is unknown.

FYI guys kawi put there 07' up on there site the yesterday. Nothing new but colors unless you are under 12 years old. The new Kiddy quads look like the same imports Polaris and others are using made to kawi spec, with kawi looking plastics.

Well I guess the Kawi- Suki breakup went all the way to including the Cats as well, The V2 appears to be gone in 2007. I know there were some fokes in hopes that cat might get the 750 twin in 2007.

It seemed to me that they promoted the V2 as there flagship even over there own H1 motor. I bet it was a major blow to the dealers that the V-twin is gone. IMO the Kawi v-twin was the best motor they offered. The 750 would have put it up at the top of heap. It would have easily handeled better than the brute.

That 800cc deal comes up all the time. So far the only state that anyone has proven has the 800cc rule is Minasota. I was told the Outy 800 is not sold there because of it. I don't see the MN 800cc quad rule impacting the rest of the states or the world for that matter. I for one will not be surprised if they go bigger real soon.

I don't think that they are cosidered a ATV after 800cc's, and they are not aloud to produce them.

The have one developed, but I am not sure if they will bring it to production. There was an article on it a few months back I will see if I can find.

THe Arctic Cats are up on the website now 2007 ATV's nothing new but the TRV H1 and colors. The deisel isn't there yet, but it is down at the dealer show in Cancun. Won't be out until fall/winter is my guess.

The biggest rumor from Cat is that they are working on a 950cc V-twin.
Many people are crushed that there is no more v-twin in their lineup.

exactly, the H1 was the "value" engine and the V2 was the "top line" flagship; until the KQ700 EFI engine showed up.

Right, in Minnesota it is no longer an ATV but an ORV when the CC's get 800 or larger. But they still sell the Outty 800 here, and people are buying them and riding them on the trails. Legally, they can NOT ride on the "atv" trails unless they are approved for "ORV" use as well. And 90% of the trails are, so it really is not an issue.
Also, Arctic Cat's and Polaris's are made in Minnesota, so if it does become an issue I am sure they will lobby and have the law changed. It was made years ago when the biggest out there was a 500.

if i am looking to buy a new quad do you think it would be best to wait a few weeks to see what comes out for the 2007's or i may even get a better deal on an 06 when the 07's get here
