Hey guys. I am going down to south dakota Saturday morning real early. While I am gonna be down there I was gonna see if I could find some Honda Atv dealers. How good do they deal with a person? I wouldn't have to pay sales tax then would I since I live in North Dakota? I am looking at a Rancher At or a Rubicon I think. What would be some prices to expect? Any information appreciated. Thanks
