Does it run? How does it run? Do all the gears shift? Definetly check on the title "first". If it's not in his name I'd
probably walk away from it. It sounds pretty cheap. Is the carb complete? If so it should be rebuildable, especially
as the ATV's not that old (2001). I'd check the compression, color/smell of the engine oil (black, smell burnt) and the
overall condition. Is the whole thing beatup???

it doesnt have a title but i am pretty sure it is not stolen, i will run the #'s before i buy it,
it has a rebuilt motor, bored out, pipe,
but it needs a new carb the guy says, he said the float is messed up and I should block off the oil injection as well,
Does it really need a new carb or just the current carb rebuilt,
it has new holeshots also,
he wants $1100 minus the cost of the carb, so probably like $850 as is,
should i buy it?
give me your opinions and insight,
