With only $3000 to play with, I would look to a used 400EX or Z400
The blaster will get old quick and its resale value is not that great regardless of model and condition.

a blaster might be a little too small for u considering you're 6 foot, either the raptor or the the warrior 350 will fit you fine . as for you question the about the difference in 2 strokes and 4 strokes, The fundamental difference between two-stroke engines and four-stroke engines is in their gas exchange process, or more simply, the removal of the burned gases at the end of each expansion process a nd the induction of a fresh mixture for the next cycle. The 2-stroke engine has an expansion, or power stroke, in each cylinder during each revolution of the crankshaft. The exhaust and the charging processes occur simultaneously as the piston moves through its lowest or bottom center position. In a four-cycle engine, the burned gasses are first displaced by the piston during an upward stroke, and then a fresh charge enters the cylinder during the following downward stroke. This means that four-cycle engines require two complete turns of the crankshaft to make a power stroke, versus the single turn necessary in a two-cycle engine. In other words, 2-cycle engines operate on 360 degrees of crankshaft rotation, whereas 4-cycle engines operate on 720 degrees of crankshaft rotation. It really depends on what you're wanting to do with you atv i personally dont think its a waste. hope this helps you out

The Raptor 350 sounds like its going to be a nice quad. I wouldn't buy until you atleast check one out.......................

I am 16 and I am 6'0 and weigh around 165 lbs. What would be a good cc number for me to get? Would a Yamaha Blaster be enough? Or should I (which i want to) go with a Warrior or a Raptor 350? What is the difference between 2 and 4 stroke, something about mixing gas ans oil, does it waste time? If anyone knows where I could find any of these for close around $3000 please tell me.
