I sure like my Scramblers. I don't agree that the prairie 700 or 650 are sporty machines.

The scrambler is a great in-between quad. It is sportier than a ute yet aloows you to play in the mud with the 4wd. If you are looking for a sportier ride than the sportsman yet still want to keep 4wd then the scrambler cant be beat

the wolverine is a good and sporty 4x4 as well, i find it has pleanty of power, (you can always mod) and havnt had any problems with mine. And the 4x4 works well on it.

Ima have to agree w/ the Fellas...
If you want Sporty, & still have 4X4, Scrambler is the Way to go!

I agree the scrambler has the performance of a sport quad and the 4x4 is just to help you go were the 2x4s can't, its a all around good quad...

I currently own a 2000 sportsman 500 and was considering getting something a little more sporty, but I am having trouble deciding on getting another polaris or try another brand.I have had great luck with mine so far, but I have heard that the longevity of a polaris is not as good as others. So far I was considering maybe a 400 2-stroker like the sport or something. Any ideas??

If you are like me you stick with a good thing.. I would stay with the Polaris brand.. But alot of that is what dealers are like around you.. I would go with a 500 scrambler and not a blazer.. The four stroke is alot less picky on running and maintance.. Plus you can buy a rack for it in case you need to use it.. My guess is thats why you got a sportsman in the first place.. Thats my 2 cents.
